If you are feeling a bit depressed and not looking forward to yet another Christmas - remember that many, many other people feel like that too. - they just - probably like you - are doing their best not to show it.

I just wanted to tell you that.

* Have a talk to the Samaritans or a friend before it gets too serious

Go for a walk early in the day and get some sunlight

Get some excercise

Do something to help someone else, or cheer someone else up. e.g. go and listen to them http://www.samaritans.org/wecan/wecan.shtm tells you about active listening.
