- Organic food tasting
- Shown vegetarianism video
- Drafted environmental statement for the College and passed in the College Council
- Won Greenest College 2000 among colleges in Durham University
Many of the 10 things took place during Durham Environment Week 24-28 January 2000, initiated by the Durham Student Union Environment Committee and organised by St John's College Environment Committee.
