10.00am | Coffee and Registration Sign up for afternoon workshops if possible |
10.30am | Introduction by Bishop David James: welcome and introduction: the links between church and the environment |
10.45-12.30pm | Speaker: Josefine Speyer from the Natural Death Centre, London Delegates will be split into 5 groups led by Josefine Speyer, Bishop David James, Sam Randall, Gill Jacques and Chris Weston to answer questions and hear of others' experiences. |
12.30pm-1.15pm | Lunch on LOAF principles Delegates confirm 2 preferences for the afternoon workshops |
1.15pm | Afternoon speakers share platform 3-4 minutes each to give introductions to the following workshops + Lollypop (nappies) |
1.45pm | Delegates will have the opportunity to attend two of the sessions below for a duration of approx 50 mins each |

DISPLAYS - ample space around the edge of main hall for displays and stalls, to accommodate participants, competitions, and to be a platform for local enterprises appropriate to the theme of the day. |

There will be a loop system and signing.
In preparation for this conference two activities are being organised:
1. "Churchyard Wildlife Gems Display"
We invite churches, individuals or goups to submit a photographic or painting display of items of interest in their West or North Yorkshire churchyard. We suggest an A2 poster including two large pictures and a little text.
2. A4 Poster/T-shirt Competition on a
Save the World - Earth Care theme. (Competition entries to be sent in by Fri 10 Sept to Kadugli House) A4 size, any medium. Prizes for different age groups.
